Andy Cross paintings

Andy was born in Hamilton, Lanarkshire and graduated from the Glasgow School of Art (GSA) in 1975 specialising in jewellery and silversmithing. He began painting in 1987 and has since exhibited regularly in galleries across Scotland and France. His work concentrates on landscapes and still-life but he has also been commissioned to paint portraits including a portrait of the former Lord Cornate of Lanark. Previously working only in oils he has now moved onto using acrylics. His work is held in both public and private collection in the UK and Europe.
